We have a waiting list we are compiling now if you would like to be added it’s a good idea to start early because we have limited supply. Here is some helpful information on the Certified Piedmontese Beef Tenderloin we are offering:
The fine texture and premium tenderness of the tenderloin roast makes it a favorite of beef lovers; in fact, it’s considered the most tender cut of beef available. Add the tenderness and taste of the Piedmontese breed, and you have a tenderloin that tops the charts in flavor, nutrition, and texture. The best part? It requires minimal prep, and it’s incredibly easy to carve. For added flavor and a caramelized exterior, sear the roast before transferring to a preheated oven. You can also slice it up for your own buttery tender, grill-ready filet mignon steaks. All Certified Piedmontese beef is verified all-natural and raised without hormones or antibiotics. 1 (32-ounce) roasts Each roast serves 4 to 6.
