Grilled Wagyu Burgers

Wagyu burgers are one of the easiest and inexpensive ways to try Wagyu. What does Wagyu mean? What is it? Wagyu is a type of Japanese cattle breed that is done right here in Nebraska. Nebraska has the distinct advantage of home-grown grain which makes it even better! Wagyu beef has incredible marbling and tastes buttery soft.

Step 1: Let your hamburgers sit room temperature before grilling.

Step 2: Preheat your grill.

Step 3. In order to minimize burger flare ups, we recommend using an indirect heating method.

Step 4. We recommend using Timbo’s BMF Burger seasoning. Timbo’s is handcrafted and has no MSG or nitrates.

Step 5. Cook the burgers 2-4 minutes per side and to about 140 degrees internal temp for medium.
