Packages may be picked up in approximately 3-4 weeks. Ellsworth Crossing will call or email to arrange.
*Weights are approximates and may be slightly higher or lower depending on hanging weight and finishing.
If you select the shipping option, one to two cases of ground beef will be shipped with the rest converted to an assortment of steaks. You can let us know your steak cut preferences.
For local you can pick up at the store about 3 weeks after ordering. We will reach out to coordinate with you. We do customize if you want to modify cuts. We also deliver local within a 30 minute radius of the store for only $19.99.
If you select the shipping option, we will call you to see if you want a customized package that will save you shipping fees. Each box will be a fee of $99 each. It is cheaper to get steaks vs. ground, but we will do as you select. If you pick all steaks, we typically can ship in three boxes. With full ground, it is about 6 boxes.
PACKAGE SOURCING · IMPORTANT NOTE
Because each package can be customized and locker capacity is limited, we occasionally need to fill an order with equivalent beef from a small local
locker we work with and trust. That locker sources Midwest beef raised to a similar quality standard. If a substitution is required, we will use comparable
cuts and weights so your package still matches what you ordered as closely as possible. We only substitute when customization or production limits make
