Packages may be picked up in approximately 3-4 weeks. Ellsworth Crossing will call or email to arrange.
*Weights are approximates and may be slightly higher or lower depending on hanging weight and finishing.
**We may need to substitute depending on timing and production. All substitutes will be cleared with buyer.
For local you can pick up at the store about 3 weeks after ordering. We will reach out to coordinate with you. We do customize if you want to modify cuts. We also deliver local within a 30 minute radius of the store for only $19.99.
If you select the shipping option, we will call you to see if you want a customized package that will save you shipping fees. Each box will be a fee of $99 each. It is cheaper to get steaks vs. ground, but we will do as you select. If you pick all steaks, we typically can ship in 6 boxes. With full ground, it is about 12 boxes.
