Where we ship
Items marked “shippable” in our store ship to the continental United States. Everything else is available for local pickup at our Waterloo, Nebraska market, or local delivery within sixty miles of the store.
How perishables are packed
Frozen and perishable items ship in insulated coolers with dry ice via UPS. We ship Monday–Wednesday] so packages never sit over a weekend.
Costs and timing
Shipping is FREE on packages marked “FREE Shipping.” For all other shippable items, rates are calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 3 business days; bulk beef packages take approximately 3–4 weeks.
Delivery
Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery and refrigerate or freeze perishables immediately. If a shipment arrives damaged, late, or unfit to eat, our Return & Refund Policy applies — contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
