Packages may be picked up in approximately 3-4 weeks. Ellsworth Crossing will call or email to arrange.
*Weights are approximates and may be slightly higher or lower depending on hanging weight and finishing.
**We may need to substitute depending on timing and production. All substitutes will be cleared with buyer.
If you select the shipping option, one to two cases of ground beef will be shipped with the rest converted to an assortment of steaks. You can let us know your steak cut preferences.
For local you can pick up at the store about 3 weeks after ordering. We will reach out to coordinate with you. We do customize if you want to modify cuts. We also deliver local within a 30 minute radius of the store for only $19.99.
If you select the shipping option, we will call you to see if you want a customized package that will save you shipping fees. Each box will be a fee of $99 each. It is cheaper to get steaks vs. ground, but we will do as you select. If you pick all steaks, we typically can ship in 2 boxes. With full ground, it is about 3-4 boxes.
