The quarter Piedmontese cow package includes:
10 x 10 oz ribeye grass finished steaks
10 x 6 oz sirloin grass finished steaks
10 x 10 oz ny strip finished steaks
50 x 1 lb 80/20 grass finished ground beef
For local you can pick up at the store about 3 weeks after ordering. We will reach out to coordinate with you. We do customize if you want to modify cuts. We also deliver local within a 30 minute radius of the store for only $19.99.
If you select the shipping option, we will call you to see if you want a customized package that will save you shipping fees. Each box will be a fee of $99 each. It is cheaper to get steaks vs. ground, but we will do as you select. If you pick all steaks, we typically can ship in two boxes. With full ground, it is about four boxes.
